Job Description

We are looking for candidates with 5-7 years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing (Consulting Industry).

Responsibilities

• Good Exposure to Recruitment Process

• Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection

• Should have strong experience ( 5 to 7 years) in Recruitment/Staffing(Consulting Industry)

• Experience in team handling between 2 – 3 Recruiters

• Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment

• Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally

• Responsible Client Engagement/Relations and Deliverables

• Responsible Client Revenue Collection from Clients

Requirements

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate
• Strong leadership and team management skills
