Responsibilities

Good Exposure to Recruitment Process

Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection

Should have strong experience ( 5 to 7 years) in Recruitment/Staffing(Consulting Industry)

Experience in team handling between 2 – 3 Recruiters

Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment

Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally

Responsible Client Engagement/Relations and Deliverables

Responsible Client Revenue Collection from Clients
